Beautiful pics Dave, thanks!

Any idea what the 928 sold for?  Did you bring home anything yourself?  Cool

An excellent cross-section of cars.  Thanks so much for the photos.

The red '89 928 S4 with automatic was in good original condition. The second owner has stored the car since 2001. This 84,000 original mile Porsche had an original MSRP of over $74,000. A $6,500 full service was completed less than 4,000 miles ago. It sold for $12,100.

I am helping my next door neighbor work on her 1913 Rolls Royce "Ghost" the only one ever built, for Pebble Beach this August. The thing is, she will be driving it to the show and not trailering the car there. Mermie is 78 years old and she is the President of the Rolls club in our area. She just got re-maried last year to the president of the Rolls club in England he lives there and she lives here. Really neat lady. I will see if I can get some pics of the car for you all to look at.

Dave, are you saying that she is going to drive a 1913 car fom here to California?

- dmano - 04-19-2010

Yes she is, this will be the 3rd time in the past 10 years she has made the trip. The last time she went out she ran up Pikes Peak
