- APXD 30 - 03-12-2007 Packed and ready. Now I just need to do a week's worth of work in 3 days! - Tony356993 - 03-12-2007 Friday is looking a litlle more iffy. 60% chance of showers & no street tires - I guess I'll bring a book. - Sechsgang - 03-12-2007 on my ps2s and with 4wd...atleast Ill get some track time...even if at a significently reduced pace... - Tony356993 - 03-12-2007 ps2's are great dry tires and decent wet tires. you should be ok. use your noodle. - Sechsgang - 03-12-2007 Ill try...100 mph 4 wheel drifts when not wanted...are not something I would push for... It will give me some rain line time anyway. - bobt993 - 03-12-2007 Tony, get out there. Nothing like driving on slicks in the rain. Besides you have 4 wheel drive. here is the summit club race and I was on dry slicks in standing water, 7 cars were on rain hoosiers, see if you can guess who they were. http://bobt993.neptune.com?selectedalbum=bobt993291722 - APXD 30 - 03-12-2007 Okay, done with work-work and class-work. Studying video of VIR, the track seems to collect alot of of dirt. This could be the low-res clips I'm watching or the sunlight. Haven't been there yet so I don't know first hand. - Marty Kocse - 03-12-2007 APXD 30 wrote: Quote:Okay, done with work-work and class-work.
