Dates for the Zone 2 VIR Drivers Ed have been posted.  March 14-16 2008.  Keep an eye on the Zone 2 web site for when registration opens. They have always used DriverRegistration.com in the past for online registration.  VIR is a great track and this is always a well run event.

LOVED the event last year...it was my first!

Was a great time for sure with TONS of great people, cars and drivers...

you wanna caravan there?

- ToddPhilly - 11-12-2007

Potentially.  As the time gets closer, I need to work out travel times with Pat.  Just keeping the fingers crossed that we have good weather.

Brian;

re: VIR in March.  I checked with last years registrar and was told that Jan 15th was the date when registration would probably be open.. This is the same date as last year.

Best wishes for the Christmas Holiday and New Year.

Fred

Fresh News in from this years registrar Manny Alban>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

January 14th is open date for all PCA members whether they are driving a Porsche or not.

 January 28th is open date for everyone else, if the event is not sold out.
 We will be using http://www.driverregistration.com for our online registration.  The Zone 2 webpage will have a paper copy, but we anticipate the vast majority to register online.

I also hear that our own Tom Z has been appointed Chief Instructor for the event. (In the Zone event Chief Instructor is the guy that runs the event)  The Zone is also trying to secure the services of our talented Chief Instructor Jack Kramer to supply the classroom instruction for the event.

Tom would love to see a large RTR group at this years event.  If you have not already done so set yourself up a driverregistration.com account so you can register when registration opens.  The event fills up fast.
