This is where I have gone in the past when one of my clients' cars have needed help with a cluster problem:
VDO North America, 188 Brooke Rd, Winchester VA 22603 (540)665.0100.
It's been a couple of years since I used them because everything is so much simplier now with Mercedes Benz and dealing with instrument cluster issues.
