Porsche does recommend replacing caliper bolts whenever they are removed. In the DE/Racing world that is pretty much never done. Anti-seize and a good torque wrench and I reuse the bolts.
Studs are good, too, but remember they are also a wear item and need to be replaced at some point, as are caliper bolts. Not as often as Porsche recommends, though.
