I installed them in the rear quarter windows three years ago, and they still look new. I used MS Word to test different fonts, formatted the font to "Outline", cut the vinyl into 8.5 x 11" sheets, and printed directly onto the sheets using an inkjet printer. The vinyl sell for $3.50 to $5.50 each depending on size. Mine usually last all year with taking them off and reapplying them.
