Second on that Potomac Food.  That catering crew could make a corded Hoosier taste good.  See you guys down there.

Weather Forcast is looking better, at least for FRI and SAT. Temps in the low 60's and 10% percipitation.

I'm bringing new rain tires (finally) so it will NOT rain. You're welcome. Big Grin

I put the slicks back on the car. So we have a 50/50 chance. Cool

thanks, Tony.  If you bring a heater will it be warm?

- Tony356993 - 11-05-2006

I have 2 heaters packed. Confusedhock:

Bri,

You got da tent right?

- Brian Minkin - 11-05-2006

We have got the big heater and yes I have the tent. All packed on the trailer. The original heater stopped working at Mid Ohio and Terry made sure I went right to the Wall Mart and got another one that night. Generator works overtime with the heater and the coffee pot but what would life at the track be without all the warmth of home. Big Grin

any idea when the schedules and run groups will be released?  Just curious, plus it makes the last few days before the event seem to go quicker.

I was at SP with Potomac Sa and Su just past. When the sun was visible it was very nice, but when clouds appeared or the sun went down it got cold quickly. Not many people stayed after the last run on Sa to socialize--it was just too cold. The extended forecast for this weekend is slightly better with a juch higher low temperature on Sa, but....

The track was not as slippery as it was when we were there last, but it is even more chewed up in T1 and the carousel. My RA-1s heated up just fine, though.

Tony, bring those rain tires for Su to ward off the predicted rain!

And we were able to get the guys to come down and do a pig roast...... We didn't put that on the schedule as we weren't sure we could get them on such sort notice..... Pass the word around.
