- Budman - 03-22-2011 Both events could not have been scheduled at the same venue and accomplished in the time frames the venues were made available. Sorry. Bud - Marty Kocse - 03-23-2011 Everyone - scheduling events for the club is a tough job and not as easy as it seems. Remember, we are all volunteers here - Give Bud a break. - CarreraS - 03-23-2011 A compromise might be to serve Dog Fish beverages at both venues this Saturday!! Beer: Breakfast of Champions! - Jimbeau - 03-23-2011 Marty Kocse wrote: Quote:Everyone - scheduling events for the club is a tough job and not as easy as it seems. I know saying it's tough is an understatement. - Budman - 03-23-2011 No offense taken folks. I get equally frustrated by not only RTR conflicts in scheduling but when my regular non RTR life interferes with RTR stuff. And when the second one happens it's pretty much a sure thing whatever interferes won't be fun. Thanks Marty. Later. Bud - Bill Lehman - 03-23-2011 As "Original Poster", I agree with CarreraS. Sufficient quanities of Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA at both venues should solve all problems. - MikeKling - 03-23-2011 Heading to Summit Point with Potomac PCA on Saturday. They are not upset at all that we double scheduled events on their DE weekend. So there ya go. I'll drop off my beer glasses at Dougherty's for anyone that wants to use them. They make even Dave (CarreraS) look good. - CarreraS - 03-23-2011 Ouch....thanks Mike!! |
