Nooooooooo! So want to go but I either won't have the car back, or I won't have the install finished!! Will keep an ear open though in case this changes!

Dude!

The event would be perfect for testing and tuning your installation.  Hope you can make it, but wishing that the repairs go well for you regardless.

UPDATE:

For a slight increase in cost we have arranged dedicated flaggers and opened up the track to more than 6 cars at a time.  With this set-up we will have the capability of running an open track all day with no run groups.

We currently have 12 enrolled with a few others considering.

I won't be able to register until 'the last minute' if I do get the car back... But hey, maybe being positive will work.

I am told I will possibly get the car in 10 days... putting me at the 9th. Ha.

Question - What kind of inspection is required for this event? Full tech-inspection within 2 weeks of the event?

Good news on the repair.  Hope it works out.  I'll list you as a maybe.  Please send driver/car info and an email address to me at your convenience.

As for Tech:

The good news is that nearly all drivers are experienced.  I'm trying to keep things is low-key and inexpensive as possible.  That said and with our mutual safety in mind, my expectation is that drivers will self-tech their vehicles.  We will use the Tech form available on this site in the DE section.  Drivers should bring a signed copy to the event.  I'll send this information and form along to participants on the mailing list.

I am also asking for volunteer(s) to run a tech inspection session at the event.

Email sent. Thank you Eric.

OK... Steve's in after all.... I may drive a session or two in the Z06. This is one serious addiction, fellas!
