Thanks Chris. I'm ready!

Chris, thanks for fixing the weather.

I'm not looking at the weather forecast again until Friday morning. Fingers crossed.

Well if it rains, I will bring my water ski's, rope and we'll start a new sport. Any suggestions what we should call it. It might even become a new sport for the jackass boys

Chris,

The best way to do the weather is to look at the waiver form at the gate when you get to the track. If it's got rain drops on it :X If it's covered in ice Confusedhock: Anything else is a good day.

Completely unrelated to the weather report but probably much needed info. Sunday night it took my in-laws almost 5 hours to get from my house here about 10 miles south of Frederick MD to their house in Bath PA. Mind you I have made that trip in as little as 2 1/4 hrs before. You may want to figure a new way home if you are planning on traveling on 81 & 78. There apparently is alot of construction traffic. I remember seeing that when I visited them for Easter but because I left my house on Fri night I didn't have any problem but on Sunday afternoon on the way home I commented to my wife about how that would soo suck if we got stuck in that if we were heading north. Hopefully this info will help make your trip back home on Sun evening problem free and that you don't get hung up in that mess.

Mike, can you be more specific about where the construction is? I ususally take the PA turnpike to I-81 and back after having two horrible experiences on I-95.

- michael lang - 04-24-2007

Yes, the construction seems to start on 81 about where Hershey is and continues on & off up to Reading on 78 just past the Cabela's. Seems like it starts about an hour south of Allentown. I don't know any alternate routes to suggest. I hope this helps make someone's trip back home easier.

Mike - thanks. That is North of where I pick up 81 so I should be cool. Chris - right on 95 sucks.
