I think I actually prefer it in black or white, but I'm sure I wouldn't care about the color if one came my way. Smile

Chris Doane for Brenda Priddy & CompanyExpect the GT2’s horsepower to be at least 520 when it is announced later this year, with the possibility of as much as 550 hp or more. Top speed should exceed 200 mph, a first for a production-line 911.

Easily recognized by the missing foglights in the front bumper (as compared with the Porsche 911 Turbo) and the huge rear wing, as well as a simpler front spoiler, this is the 997-based Porsche 911 GT2.

Many people didn’t expect Porsche to actually produce this model, but here it is. Notice how the top of the rear wing on this prototype is similar to those found on previous GT2s? This may be exchanged for a newer design at production time, but this low, vented wing-base looks production ready.

Expect the GT2’s horsepower to be at least 520 when it is announced later this year, with the possibility of 550 hp or more. Top speed should exceed 200 mph, a first for a production-line 911.
