Quote:Bob, I try to do something similar. It involves more of an inversion and eversion of the ankle from brake to gas, so as your coming of the brake your rolling on to the gas and spooling up the Turbo. Colin Dougherty is suppose to be great at this technique. But at this point I may be working on driving solely with my left foot.

Yea thats the ticket. You got it.

Me I just drift every where

Mark,  for understanding the balance rolling the foot works.  The problem with it on the track is the pedal range is usually too much for alot of situations.

Tony as far as the Glen,  I actually would suggest practicing this specifically at the Glen (once you can drive on the street with left foot inputs).  You just need to slow down a little while learning the transition (this is DE of course).  Glen offers alot of smooth corners and adverse balance such as in T7 (toe).

Smile Bob, having given this some thought, the shuffle would probably work  well at WGI in turns 1, ,6, 7, 8 and 11.  I will play with this once I resume driving.
