If one can not attend all the dates can they be given to another member for their use. Or can the unused date be sold to another member?

As the winner of this item last year the answer was no. I assume those in charge will chime in but from a logistical point of view I'm sure no will still be the answer.

Just the winner. I don't want this to become some kind of commodity that will be passed down through people's estate. I'd prefer to keep it simple. Simple is as simple does.
