Its true Maureen has the brains!
There are plenty of fuel plazas allowing drivers to turn around. Garden State, I-95 to name a few. PA may be the exception rather than the rule....

State liquor stores, Service Plaza lock-downs, horse and buggy, 4-way stop signs....

The plan is to leave the allentown service plaza as close to 2:15 as feasible and hook up with our allentown interchange crew at 2:30. ERic - I have your cell, mine is posted. I will call you once we roll from the Service plaza
