Central Pa region has very lax rules. You can move yourself up to any class, but moving down, you could be protested. I like to compete against the biggest, baddest and meanest machines and with at least 100hp more than I do.
Remember that:
"IT IS THE CAR, IT IS THE DRIVER, AND IT IS THE COURSE" One must have ALL 3 components to realy have a good RUN..........I have never gotten there, but I am hard at work to get there.
