The first batch of 400 Renault 5 Turbos (Turbo 1's) WERE produced to comply with Group 4 homologation. A second version, the Turbo 2, were introduced using stock Renault 5 parts in replacement of many light alloy parts of the original R5 Turbo 1. The Turbo 2 was ultimately cheaper, faster and more dependable than the Turbo 1. Tongue Either way, a VERY cool car!

Respectable cars, but I like the Chevys better.

Now come on Eric, do another list with some variety.  All from one manufacturer is cheating. Big Grin

Me too, especially the '69 Camaro RS/SS 396/375! I was just going with the "GM" theme. The only reason the Camaro is not also on my list is that I already have like... 17 cars on my list, but the '70 Chevelle LS-6 and the '63 Vette SW made it! Big Grin

More is coming. To limit a list of just 10 dream cars is impossible. It would be like limiting yourself to meeting just 10 ladies at the Playboy mansion, how do you say no to number 11 or number 111.

Don't rednecks have their own forum? By the way, You sure you want the 1977 Trans-Am over the 73. Too much polution stuff. Also, I thought the 77 was a 6.6/400 car. Otherwise, a fantastic list of the best GM muscle ever made. I might add a 71 Buck GSX Stage 1 (455) or an Olds 442 W32 .

Most of the 77 T/A were 400's, 455 were a special order. The 1973 had more power, but the 1977 had more style (Bandit)

When I had a paper route, one of my customer's 20 something kid had a GSX that he would wrap around a pole or another car yearly. The shame of it! But I prefer the Chevys to the other divisions.

Does anyone have any Skoal? YEEHAAAW!!!
