There is only a seat belt in the carts. They have regular neck braces to borrow at no charge.

FYI--if your visor is not attached to your helmet, you will want to attach it. I had to use a loaner helmet my first time there. I cannot find the emoticons to express my discontent with using a loaner helmet.

The membership rate is $60 that include 3 races, a t-shirt, membership, and balaclava or two races and the same package for $45. Helmets and neck braces can be used at no additional charge and both are required.

If you bring your own helmet, make sure your visor is attached (mine was at home and had to borrow--hence the balaclava).
