When it feels right, it is" Nick tight"................ and I never had a problem over the years. You might say that I am lucky, but I am rather good than lucky, You also have to have a FEEL for what you are doing.:dude:

Right before our eyes Chuck just doubled his forum postings.  Glad to see he learned how to use his new fangled typewriter.

Where is everyone staying?

- KennyB - 03-12-2011

Holiday Inn Express Charlestown. Ask for the discounted track rate

The next day, I pretend to know what I'm doing

- DJbrand1 - 03-12-2011

I ended up booking a room at the Hampton Inn in Winchester for 57 a night. It looks to be about 15-20 minutes from the track though.

- Brian Minkin - 03-12-2011

Hampton Inn Winchester on Berryville Pike is where we always stay. Good place and lots of good eating nearby in Winchester. About 15 minutes to the track.  Be carefull however as there are two Hamptons in Winchester and the other is farther from the track.

Shoney's Inn in Winchester is $45 or $39 if you can use AARP.

EVERYONE!!!!

When you see Nick Betegh please ask him what happens when a car torqued to "Nick Tight" encounters Turn 4 at NJMP Thunderbolt.

Hint:  Yesterday at Schattenbaum's event there was a tire sitting horizonally on the ground and it was not from the insidew tire wall.
