I actually expected a comment from chris. - ccm911 - 11-28-2007 Now what can I say? Mr. Wayne makes me laugh. Now about those new wheels. They look like they will be difficult to clean. A nice change, though. - Wellardmac - 11-28-2007 ccm911 wrote: Quote:Now what can I say? Mr. Wayne makes me laugh. Thank you. I'm glad that I amuse. I agree on the wheel cleaning - waxing will be even worse. - Wellardmac - 12-08-2007 Okay, the car got cleaned and lubed and put away for the winter today. If you listen carefully enough you can hear the car snoring. - catchacab - 12-09-2007 Wellardmac wrote: Quote:Okay, the car got cleaned and lubed and put away for the winter today. Wayne, Looks like your Porsche is not excited. Is the car, Trojan or both lubed. They say our cars reflect our personality, but a condom on your axx?hock: Winter tires are being put on the Cayman on Friday. It was so much fun driving to Scranton in the snow last monday night to pick up wheels. Between my speed and the 50+mph winds it looked like three foot long white spears were being thrown at my car. Drive! - ccm911 - 12-10-2007 Eric: Did you stop off at Dunder Mifflin to say hi to the gang? - catchacab - 12-10-2007 I stopped by the office, it was 10 PM. Only Dwight was still there. He was playing Dungeons and Dragons by himself. The sad part is he would change his clothes pretending to be different players. - Wellardmac - 12-20-2007 It's 44 degrees outside, I couldn't resist - warm, clean dry roads, so out came the car for a romp.... and it felt sooooooooo gooood! Got the car warmed up and almost hit triple digits. hock: It was nice to blow off the cobwebs. Sadly, the roads 20 miles north of me still have snow on them and are wet in places, but I didn't know that until I got there. No harm done - I was resigned to not putting the cover back on anyway. I was hoping to get some photos with the car in front of a frozen over Lake Nockamixon, but the lake isn't frozen yet, just a little bit of snow on the ground. - catchacab - 12-20-2007 I have been driving the Cayman everyday except if snow or sleet is on the roads. It is nice to have winter performance (note not ice and snow) tires on the Cayman. When there is snow and ice on the streets, or there is child hauling or cargo hauling the Cayenne with the ice and snow tires is pressed into duty. Drive a Porsche every day! - ccm911 - 12-20-2007 I KNEW you would never last the entire Winter!!! Good Job! |
