I don't know if your web site can help me or not but I see your organization is scheduled at the NJ Motorsports Park. I'm trying to "tap" anyone who might have an interest in what I'm offering.

I live 6.5 miles from the NJ Motorsports Park (Thunderbolt Raceway) and am selling my property. I have a  7 year old, 28x64 foot rancher, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full basement on approximately 23 acres. House is secluded, about 500 ft from road. Also have two steelmaster buildings, one measuring 20 x 26' , the other 25 X 30" with concrete floors and electric. I am a realtor but am trying to sell it myself. If I list the property I'll have to list at around $410,000.00 to cover commission but if I sell it outright I'm asking $380,000.00 (with some negotiating room). I understand there will be condos or villas at the track with a price tag of $450,000.0 so mine is a bargain. I can provide pictures if requested. If you know anyone who might be interested my e-mail address is lmarone@eticomm.net or my home phone (for evenings) 856-447-4537. My new house is supposed to be ready June 6, 2008. Thank you for the opportunity to post this.

Tony,

Buildings don't have doors; however they can be purchased locally.  I have never had any problem with theft of any kind though.

Well, without doors, they would be called "Garden Sheds".Big Grin

I really don't think you would call a building of this size a "shed".

I am going to have to list my property the first week in April at $410,000.00 so if anyone has any interest in presenting an offer at or around $380,000, please do so soon.  I'm available for you to come check it out at any time.  I do thank  this site for the opportunity to post this even if I don't get any "takers".
