The former owner of my car installed very nice 5 point Simpson belts on the driver's side only. My seats have the openings for belts specified in RTR's tech regulations, so I just want to add a matching set for the passenger. However, I heard that there might be pending restrictions on the manufacturing date of belts in DE. Does anyone have more details? Thanks.

Belts now have expiration dates, just like the Snell helmets.
Email Wally our Safety Chair. He can give you a good insight on it.
