- APXD 30 - 02-02-2009 The economy must be slow, I haven't heard any talk about the car show. Anyone interested in going as a group this Saturday and grabbing a beer afterwards? - George3 - 02-03-2009 Anybody know which P-cars will be on display? Will the new GT2 be there? - catchacab - 02-03-2009 I am going, but I will bringing my son. - smankow - 02-03-2009 George3 wrote: Quote:Anybody know which P-cars will be on display? boxsters, 911's - coupes & cabs, turbo. also a cayenne gts no GT2's or GT3's - Ccns23 - 02-06-2009 If you wanna see a GT2 up close, Don Rosen has a Silver/Black one sitting on their showroom floor. Main Line has a Black/Black one and a white 08 GT3. No one that I know of has the brand spanking new GT3 just yet. I haven't heard good things this year. Few concepts, displays are meh at best. Even Kerbeck basically brought the same cars as last year. - AMoore - 02-09-2009 I went to the show Sat night and I was disappointed. Few concepts and all the cars I wanted to see were either roped off or locked. - George3 - 02-09-2009 That's because anything that is not bolted down... gear shift knobs, controls, etc. are stolen. Heck, I was buying shoes yesterday and overheard the clerk saying customers were stealing shoe laces from shoes. - Brian Minkin - 02-09-2009 The Suzuki Dealer who sent the cars to the show informed me today that all the cars came back minus gear shift knobs, radio volume knobs and other assorted items that could easily be removed from the cars. They also stated that their insurance covers damage to cars at the auto show and they are submitting a claim. |
