We are adding a 944 Cup event to the schedule to be held at the Fall Classic, September 25th to September 27th at the Circuit Mont-Tremblant, an FIA-certified, ex Formula 1 historical race track.
This will be the first time that a Porsche 944-only series will be racing at Le Circuit since the Rothmans Porsche Turbo Cup series almost 20 years ago.
Sponsors for this special event will offer the following:
• Free accommodation for the first 3 US drivers to register to the event
• 800$ in cash price for the best finishing drivers
• 800$ in cash price for the best finishing US drivers
• 944 Cup Dinner Party on Saturday evening
The official schedule is not out yet but it should look as follows:
• Friday: Two 30-minute practice plus one 45-minute practice
• Saturday: 30-minute qualifying, 30 minute race + 45 minute enduro race
• Sunday: 30-minute race in the morning
ANY valid racing license will be accepted. NASA, PCA, SCCA, etc. The 944 Cup group will be combined with the Vintage G70+ group. This event will count toward the Canada cup points and also count for 2 entries to qualify for the Nationals at VIR in October.
The entry fee for all 3 days is 400$ CDN. Thursday free practice is also available for an additional 350$ CDN.
This is a GREAT destination for the whole family. The track is located right next to the the Mont-Tremblant SKI resort. The resort is filled with all kinds of attractions like SPAs, Casino, tons of restaurants and bars, all kind of hotels.

It is a very popular spectator event dating way back. There are tons of condos to rent within minutes to the track. Too many restaurants to list, etc...
Our Canadian Cup drivers can help with accommodations, maybe rent condos in the same area for the 944 Cup group.
