There are probably two issues at play here. Your browser may be the main culprit.

If I view this thread using my usual Safari browser, then I see all of my images, and a mixture of links and images from others.

I am posting this response using Firefox. In this browser I see all the images and no links.

Check your browser settings (to display all images) and also ensure that your file size is under the file size limit.

Figured it out, finally. Smaller jpegs appear inline and larger ones appear as attachments.

So the lesson if you want people to look at your image is to make it 600 pixels wide (or less) and a small file size.

Although, if you have an image that some might want to keep and archive, like the eagles one above Smile

then you might attach it as a higher resolution pic.
