And LS3 944? I will definitely want to check that out. I've seen a number of LS conversions, but not on the track.

I think I have discovered the ultimate bang for the buck track cars.  One is an older Formula Ford, or a variant thereof.  The other is a Formula Mazda.  Both can be had for well south of $30K, and they look like they would be loads of fun.  Plus, rumor has it that the tires could last an entire season!!

hey!

there is an LS2 powered 325 BMW that does time trials with NASA;  it is fully built;  full cage, engine mods, race suspension, big brakes, the works.  and it is FAST!  basically when it goes by you, you look around and ask yourself 'where's the Z06 that just flew past?  i heard it, but i don't see anything other than a 325 anywhere near me!!!?!!'

LSx power rules.  i'd love to put an LSx in my 89 240sx.  its caged, and suspended, and has brakes, and it'd be ready to go with LSx powa!!!!

Talk to Barry he might sell his tricked out 914-6 with an LS1 in the back and a full roll cage street legal track car. Has big reds and tubo suspension already. He wants to sell it. If I did not have 2 street/race cars already I would buy it in a heart beat.
