Hi all,

I am looking for some advice on which fuel to use for our 1970 911 T.  I am assuming we should use premium fuel with a lead additive.  Is that the safest bet?  If so, does anyone here recommmend one additive over another?  Thanks!!

I hope you got some answers offline, but I have always used premium in my T and my E. I do not generally use lead additives, but I also put relatively few miles on the cars per year. There have been lengthy debates on Rennlist and Pelican regarding this topic, so you may want to search those forums.

Thanks for the reply.  Since my original post I have asked around a bit more and as you say there is a bit of a debate but it seems that more people run premium fuel without the lead additive, so that is what I am going to go with for now.  Thanks!
