Attached below is a photo of my friend’s 993 after he rolled it last year at Summit point. I use the term friend loosely but he brings free beer to the track so we let him park with us. In his 993, he had full safety equipment including a DAS bolt in roll bar. If he hadn’t had all of the safety equipment in his car, the consequences of his crash would have been unimaginable. Not only would he have been squished into a bald, flat pancake ….. but more importantly, there would be no more free beer at 5pm when the track closes.

I have just bought a Spec Miata race car with full cage so I am converting my 997 back into a daily driver and selling my DAS bolt in roll bar (compatible for 996 & 997 and includes 2 x Brey Krause seat back braces.

Details: DAS bolt in roll bar for 996-997 (see link to website + more details below); painted semi-black gloss + welded on seat belt guide loops + welded on seat back brace mounting kit + 2 x Brey Krause seat back braces (see link + more details below)

Original price for all was over $1800
Will sell all for $1200 inc 2 x Brey Krause seat back braces
Will deliver within 60 miles of West Chester, PA.

If you can afford a Porsche, you can afford good safety equipment – don’t skimp on important stuff …… and if you have a 996 or 997, here’s your chance to get it even cheaper……
