hi guys!

the first Robin Hood Rally filmed track event is coming up fast;  April 23rd at Pocono.  this event will not count towards the score of the TV show, but it is mandatory, and they are timing the laps, and will determine an overall winner by the end of the day...  it sounds like they will be running us on the double infield course, too.

i've got both the Probe and the Honda back from the body shops;  they are both looking 'fairly OK' i'd say!  Smile

i am aiming to have both of them up at Pocono;  that is a tall order, cause the Honda still needs some major service, and a complete retune (it is being converted to run on E85).  i'd say there is a 50/50 chance that it'll be ready.   i'd really like to have it there, because i'd like to see how that equalization formula works out.... my Probe is a 'slow' car; around 2700lbs and 160whp. my Honda is a 'fast' car, about 2150lbs and 280 whp. it would be very interesting to see how the weighted times came out between the two different cars, driven by the same driver, on the same day, same conditions.... that would really tell quite a bit about the handicap system, and how close they have it 'dialed' in.   the E85 specialist/dyno place is in Columbia, and he's not sure he will have it finished in time. it'll be close!

anyway, i thought i'd shoot a quick update to y'all!  check out my website, and the Robin Hood Rally website too, if you please?

Straight e85 and not a mix?
