2010 ZONE 2 PCA CLUB RACE RUMBLE AT THE OAK TREE DRIVER EDUCATION EVENT DETAILS

When - June 25-27, 2010

Where - VIR (Full Course all three days)

Registration for both the Club Race & the Advanced DE will open May 9th 2010 at 9pm (CDT).

Registration Fee: $350

Registration will be ONLINE ONLY at www.clubregistration.net We encourage you to create a user account before May 9th to ensure you are ready and able to register on May 9th.

Registration is opened to ADVANCED SOLO BLACK and RED drivers. A limited number of SOLO White Run Group drivers with one year solo experience and VIR experience will be accepted. This is a SOLO/ADVANCED SOLO event during the PCA Club Race weekend and is therefore limited to Solo/Advanced Solo drivers only. All applicants will have their track history verified before acceptance into this event. This event is not open to beginner/advanced beginner/newly solo drivers.

PLEASE NOTE! Clubregistration.net is only for online registration and does not indicate event confirmation. After applications are reviewed you will receive a confirmation email. You are NOT confirmed in the event until you receive a detailed email from the registrar. If you have a question about your status please contact Brian Minkin at bminkin1@comcast.net.

This DE event is NOT open to Club Racers participating in the weekend's PCA Club Race.

Cancellation Policy
These fees apply to both Club Race & DE participants:

• Full refund minus $25 processing fee if canceling on/before May 29
• 50% refund after May 29
• No refund after June 10

All cancellation notifications must be sent via email or phone to the event registrar only.

Camping will be available at VIR. Camping Fees are as follows:

Zone 2 Camping Fees (Payable at DE check-in to receive parking permit. You cannot camp without a Zone 2 parking permit): $75 for RV/Motorcoaches $40 for tents In addition to the Zone 2 Camping Fees there are also VIR Camping Fees:

VIR Camping Fees: Each RV, motorcoach or tent will be charged $35 to camp for the entire weekend. That includes electricity. Those not camping but using electricity will be charged $20 for the weekend. Those fees are collected by VIR at arrival at the Front Gate.
