Geza mentioned he might be going also. How many folks from the region are registered? Jim - Brian Minkin - 02-02-2011 At this point I count 14 RTR folks registered. Lots of great people to meet from the other regions as well. Terry and I have made many great friends at this event. - Scott Belles - 02-23-2011 Brian Minkin wrote: Quote:At this point I count 14 RTR folks registered. There was some talk of a tech session before this?....... - Brian Minkin - 02-23-2011 Wally is working on setting up a tech session for VIR. - David Newton - 12-14-2011 Is this too early for a DE virgin? Did the TOTT at Summit Point and thinking of doing at least one or two DE events. Not even sure what that means yet. Where's the best place to start? - Brian Minkin - 12-14-2011 March VIR is seen by many as the symbol that the next season has started. The weather can be a little dicey but we have had more great weather for this event then lousy. VIR is in Southern VA. at the North Carolina line so its pretty far south. VIR is a 7 hour drive but as one of the longest and most scenic tracks in the country it is worth the long drive. We run the full course and this is a 17 turn track so it is a lot to learn but very rewarding when you get it. Since this is a zone event it has a large following and fills fast for green students. If you want to do this one be sure to register when the event opens on Motorsportreg. - Bill Lehman - 12-15-2011 Registration opens 1/16 for the 2012 event. |
