I am selling my 1999 Dively steel open trailer with an open deck. It has a dual axle and a spare tire on a rim. Also included are heavy duty hitch, stabilizer bars, tie downs. The trailer is rated 7000# & weighs 1350#. Trailer is located in New Castle, PA. Asking $1200; negotiable
