I use Zach Gutzler, Manager @ the Kimberton store. He's familuar with PCA discounts/benefits, Tire Rack price match, etc.

CJ's West Chester, 610 455 0400.
Watch your bill, they will charge you 'tire disposal fees' even if you're just buying tires, you need to remind them of PCA discount and agree price on tires when you order. Have Tire rack website up as you call and order tires so you can tell them Tirerack price.
They're good guys but I always feel like they have their hand in your pocket.

From the two purchases I have made at the West Chester CJ's, I will say I've had excellent service from their manager, Alex.
As for the tire disposal fee, it is a default function on their point of sale invoicing system. The same goes for the optional road hazard coverage. Their system automatically adds those items to every purchase. Be aware and ask them to remove the charges and you'll have no issues.
I've never had any problems getting the PCA Discount...just ask them and they are happy to apply it.
