Hi Everyone
The Third AutoX event of the 2011 'RTR AutoX+ Roadshow' will be the Philly SCCA Solo event at Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia in 3 weeks time on Sunday 19th June.
Registration - online registration is open June 6[suP]th[/suP] it is not compulsory but HIGHLY HIGHLY recomended - the good news is that they are now use motorsportsreg.com - which is what RTR uses for DE registration so it should be easy -- PLEASE REGISTER AS 'R' under the PAX question - here's the link: http://www.motorsportreg.com/index.cfm/event/event.advert/uidEvent/5F46531F-C8D1-AFBE-676F2AADB542B639

Start time - This event will be run in full-day format with three heats. The site is open at 6:30 AM. We strongly suggest that you plan on arriving by 8:00 AM.
Run order:
- Group A - D, E, F, G, H & ST Stock [/*]
- Group B - Street Modified, Street Touring, ST Prepared, Modified & FSAE[/*]
- Group C - S, A, B & C Stock, Street Prepared, Prepared, & F125
Event Schedule
- pre-8:00 Arrive [/*]
- 8:00 - 8:30 Mandatory Check-In For Pre-Registered Competitors [/*]
- 8:30 - 9:00 On-Site Registration [/*]
- 8:00 - 9:30 Course Walks [/*]
- 8:30 - 9:15 Tech Inspection [/*]
- 9:00 Novice Course Walk [/*]
- 9:40 Mandatory Driver's Meeting [/*]
- 10:00 First Car Off [/*]
- Completion of Event Clean Up [/*]
- End Of Clean Up Trophies
RTR run group - We will ask Philly SCCA if we can (once again) have our own special 'RTR' class so we can all run, park & marshal together - which should help the social side of the event. We will need to add the letter 'R' in front of your official car classification ie if car is SS (superstock) class and number 123, your new number will be RSS 123
Price - SCCA members $40 non-members $50 - remember to bring your driving license
Parking - suggest we all try to park together
Safety - you will need a Helmet which must be rated Snell 95 rated or newer, "M" or "SA" (as dictated by SCCA national rules) - if don't have a helmet, you can borrow one from Philly SCCA
PAX Championship- Points will be awarded for attendance & final position (based on PAX score rather than group within own R group) - See previous posting from Vee
