- Phokaioglaukos - 08-23-2011 Just came across this web site. I think I'll check out the Valero in Ambler. - ccm911 - 08-23-2011 Awesome! There is a station right in Bridgeport. - AMoore - 08-23-2011 I'd rather not support Chavez's regime by buying Citgo gas. - Phokaioglaukos - 08-23-2011 If you go to one of these stations, please report what you find. If need be, please also correct the information on the website I linked to. Pete Tremper burned two valves on his race car. He thinks that with the troubled economy that people buy less 93 octane and that it sits and absorbs water, lowering the octane. (Some think the stations are mixing lower octane fuel in their 93 octane, too.) Once his car is repaired, Pete will mix 100 and 93 octane for his car, and he encourages others to consider doing that too. So far I've been burning the unleaded 100 octane I get at NJMP. For a street car I'd like to have ethanol-free fuel. - betegh9 - 08-29-2011 AMoore wrote: Quote:I'd rather not support Chavez's regime by buying Citgo gas. Is Citgo same as Valero?....... Being from Venezuela, I agree, Chavez is an a.hole. - MikeKling - 08-29-2011 I thought you were from Blue Bell. - betegh9 - 08-29-2011 MikeKling wrote: Quote:I thought you were from Blue Bell. Yes, but I took a detour on my way to Blue Bell through Venezuela. - Nick - 09-10-2011 I quit putting ethanol in my Porsche years ago. Stick with Fun Fuel. Lead - there is no substitute. - Mark Fox - 09-15-2011 Has anyone purchased gas at self heating and cooling in Horsham? I wonder what there inventory turn over rate is? - ccm911 - 09-15-2011 betegh9 wrote: Quote:AMoore wrote: He may be an ahole but he is at least donating oil to the poor folks(according to Joe Kennedy). What are the US producers doing for the country other than raking in Tax subsidies and refunds and record profits? I'll buy the Citgo gas. My car and motorcycles will thank me. |
