- AMoore - 03-18-2007 No advice needed, just thought others may be interested in this. I just put a nice Momo steering wheel on my 87 911. It was a little smaller than the stock wheel so I couldn't read the speedo past 60 mph. Turns out all I had to do was pull and twist the speedo bezel and I can now see from about 30 - 120 mph. Who cares to see the mph when it is less than 30 mph any way? - Larry Herman - 03-19-2007 That's the way to do it. Also, though I didn't feel that I would like it, my race car had its tach turned so that the redline was straight up. Turns out that I find it much easier to see, as I can recognize the pointers position at a glance (I don't have to read it) and I do not need to lower my eyes as much to see it. |
