Since the link has not yet been put out here, this is how we now get to Der Gasser:

And for folks that hate to read....look at all the pretty pictures!

It looks great and has more content.

Good job guys!

I agree. And I know how much work this is. Well done guys, very well done.

I would highly suggest putting in an easily found link on this Forum so folks could easily find the latest.

I didn't know we had gone online until I was at the member meeting yesterday!

Good idea about posting the links on the forum. Here's the e-zine links that went out in the e-mail blast in case someone missed them.

If you have any suggestions for improvement don't hesitate to let us know.

Thanks - Scott

Maybe I'm not too technical, but why would Mac and PC versions of Chrome or Firefox display a different Der Gasser?

- ccm911 - 03-26-2012

Scott - Be sure to add a new thread when each new issue comes online. That way, you will be covered by the email blast, as well as covering the forum folks.

I'm not an Apple user or super techie but from what I understand, Mac's can have some issues with pdf's. Since the ezine is pdf based the software designers incorporated the capability to produce the e-zine in a version just for macs so that there weren't any compatability issues. The browsers, chrome and firefox, aren't the issue so much as the operating platform itself. Hope that helps a little, from my very limited experience with macs.

Macs typically use a built in document reader (called Preview), but can also use Adobe Reader (free or regular) to read pdfs. I just personally haven't seen an issue with Preview concerning pdfs that merited it's own version. I was curious to learn what kind of formatting or output differences there were.

I'd be curious if a Mac user could view the PC version without any issues, just to know. I have tried the mac version on my pc and it looks the same as the regular pc version. We were just trying to cover our bases in case there was an issue.
