Wally! What's "off topic" When you are on a thread and one starts something new? In the threadless thread You can say whatever comes to mind, ASLONG AS IT IS CLEAN AND NON-OFFENSIVE

Off-Topic is the area to take discussion that do not fit into any other forum... a Seinfeld discussion (i.e. about nothing) is about as off-topic as it gets.
