Can I flip my directional tires to even out the tread ware as long as its not wet or raining ? ??

I don't think you want to do that. I think you need to find someone with a tire changer and swap them on the rims so the direction stays correct.

Yes & no. Flipping them and running them in dry conditions is OK but won't necessarily make them wear that much better. The portion of the tire on the outside of the wheel stays on the outside even though it may be on a different side of the car.

To truly even out the wear you must do as Marty suggested and re-mount them. This will allow for better wear and also retain the proper tread direction (which a wise old walrus once told me) is really there to channel water away, not to enhance dry pavement traction.

Are racing slicks directional ???

Don't they make the tire and then carve the tread in ??
I need to save some money

I thought the tred was for water evacuation and the rubber compound was for the sticky sticky sticky.. No ???

I agree with Marty. When I did my Toyo's back when I was in the DE phase, I had them dismounted and then remounted.

Slicks are not directional, but to even the wear flip them on the rims (dismount and remount). With lots of camber tires wear more on the inside if one does not drive hard enough all the time (or maybe even if one does).
