After installing the shifter cup/rod bushings I drove the car - shifted up and down, and it worked fine. Much the same as before the old rod bushing disintegrated - everything back to 915 normal. The Stomski Racing coupler was however more....noticeable, transforming the shifting to a much more precise action. It was $$ vs just replacing the bushings in the coupler - but the 20 min install (including 10 min to adjust due to not reading the instructions....) and end result worth it. Cool part and thanks for the lead...Big Grin
