The Clash at the Casinos the Aftermath... - Craigs*84 - 09-21-2015

This was the best course of the year long, flowing, fast, big brake zones very worth the trip to the shore.

The drive of the day has to go to Shawn It turns out 4 tires on the ground are faster than 1 in the air....

Dan and Nick tied for first?.. no more We will see who's on top when the numbers come down..

Congrats to everyone. It looks like everyone got their times down (except me).

Course was a lot of fun. Sorry we had to bail, but we got to Vermont at 10. It would have been after midnight if we stayed for the last 2 runs.

Dan, you need to check the times carefully. Trust me, Maggie did not run a 54, or you will give her a first place???

Her first time was my first time. She ran an 80+ in the first heat and a 73 something with 1 cone in the second.

See everyone in Warminster.

Good Fun in Atlantic City. Thank You Trevor for ordering lunch, I didn't think I would be that hungry after "The Viper's" breakfast.

Shawn, awesome job on Sunday, can you work on my car next? I'm pretty sure there is a loose nut behind the wheel.

Dan, there were some mistakes on my times, but my best run was correct.

A good day in AC - thanks to all RTR AXers for the competition, good advice and fun times.
Looking forward to the next event.

That was indeed a splendid drive by Shawn, well done!

Dave - what were the best times for you and Maggie? Can you point me to them? I realize that things were distorted. Carlo also had a bad time for his third run (it was actually my third run time), but because we can't locate his real time, we are going to have to go with 55.1, which is what we recalled it being - but clearly not precise.

Does anyone else see any timing issues?

RE: The Clash at the Casinos the Aftermath... - NumeroUnoPA - 09-23-2015

Maggie's last time was here best: 71.337

I think Maggie's first was my first, but I am not sure, so use my best remaining time. It will not make a difference: 61.320

All right, folks. Here is my best stab at compiling the results. The biggest question mark I have is around Carlo's time. This placeholder for 55.1 seconds (what we recall his third run being) is as good as we can do, I think. Please let me know if anyone sees any other issues in the results as presented here.

With that caveat, here is how things shook out:

Event Results, Top 5:
1. Daniel R.
2. Nick B.
3. Robert N.
4. Carlo
5. Craig N.

Championship Series Results To Date, Top 5:
1. Daniel R.
2. Nick B.
3. Trevor N.
4. Craig N.
5. David N.

Dan,
Congratulations on your win, you had a great last run unlike me that I over run the hairpin. Now that we have 8 races under our belt, shouldn't the total points reflect only the 6 best finishes plus participation points for each driver?

Nick

Nick, yes. Unless there is a bust in my math, the results include the best six times.
