shop/storage space for rent in West Chester - 914 racer - 04-23-2016
I have some extra shop space adjoining my shop (Carisma) that I'm not currently using and would like to sublease on a month to month basis. Enough room to store 2 cars or room for 1 car with room to work. It's well lit, dry, has heat and an air compressor. I'd like to get $350/month, but willing to negotiate depending on needs. It's located right off Rt 202 near Dilworthtown Crossing shopping center (cars and coffee location) call Mike @ 610-842-3253
