The Miata club is holding a DE on Monday July 23rd at Pocono North Course. They are short 3 instructors. Instructors run for free in their own run group and you should only have one student. A few RTR instuctors are already in the event. ( I am instructing) Let me know if you are interested in instructing for this event and I will put you in touch with their chief instructor.
