- STEVEMCMORN - 10-17-2007 Update on 2007 RTR AutoX+ Roadshow Presented by Specialty Cars of Allentown PA http://www.specialtycarsservicecenter.com Well, what a fantastic year! We might not get as many attendees as DE but I had a great time in 2007 ... and I hope other enjoyed themselves too. Moving from 1 or 2 RTR AutoXs to the '7 event roadshow championship format' worked well and allowed those who wanted to attend more autoX events to do so with other like minded porsche-o-philes rather than going to SCCA alone as Johnny no mates. After 7 events, only 1 point separated first and second place - I had to change the rules 3 times for it to be this close ..... but I promise I'll be a good boy next year (will there be a next year?? ...... hell yes!) SO who won the inaugural 2007 RTR AutoX+ Roadshow Championship?? Congratulations go to our very own webmaster, Pete Majka who takes the title in 2007- please see jpeg image attached below for final points and positions. Let me finish my thanking all who attended any of our events in 2007 and pay special thanks to our Sponsors Specialty Cars of Allentown PA who funded the trophies and prizes which will be awarded at the Holiday banquet in December ... if you need any work done, please consider using them to thank them for their support in 2007.
