They put on a great event (as long as my car is working; blew a gasket at one event, spun a rod bearing at another), and go to tracks such as VIR and Mid Ohio. No work assignments! Taken from Potomac's web forum 2008 PCA Potomac Track Season Announced!!! 2008 will be an excellent track season for Potomac! Our 2008 schedule provides many opportunities for PCA drivers to improve their skills and enjoy the company of friends at the track, including an Instructor Clinic, two High Performance Driving Clinics (HPDCs), our Club Race at Summit Point, and a DE schedule that includes eight DE events. All Potomac track events are on weekends and the schedule includes a total of seven 3-day weekend dates! We will again be driving Summit Point Circuit, Shenandoah Circuit, Mid Ohio, Watkins Glen, and VIR! 4/5 [Sat] HPDC Jefferson Circuit 4/11 [Fri] Instructor Clinic Summit Point Circuit 4/12-13 [Sat/Sun] DE Summit Point Circuit 5/9-11 [Fri/Sat/Sun] DE Mid Ohio Sports Car Course 6/7-8 [Sat/Sun] DE Shenandoah Circuit 6/27-29 [Fri/Sat/Sun] DE Watkins Glen International 7/12-13 [Sat/Sun] DE Summit Point Circuit 8/15-17 [Fri/Sat/Sun] DE Summit Point Circuit 9/5-7 [Fri/Sat/Sun] DE VIR Full Course 10/3-5 [Fri/Sat/Sun] Club Race Summit Point Circuit 10/31 [Fri] Instructor/AdvancedSummit Point Circuit 11/1-2 [Sat/Sun] DE Summit Point Circuit Please note that these track dates are considered firm, but are subject to change.
