- NorthCoventry993cab - 01-30-2008 Rookie to the club here looking to go to Hershey this April and wanted to see if the group has any comments ![]() - ccm911 - 01-30-2008 There is generally an assigned meeting place where members congregate prior to leaving as a group. Last year, I think it was at the Downingtown Rest stop on the PA Turnpike. But to be honest, I usually just set out and meet up with folks on the road. Have had some really nice runs that way. In either case, you will have a choice. Just keep watching the Forum. And welcome to the club. - NorthCoventry993cab - 01-30-2008 Thanks for the info and the warm welcome. Not sure if I am going to do the turnpike or take the more scenic Rt. 23/Rt. 30 way out there. I'll keep watching the boards as we get closer the date. - Sechsgang - 01-31-2008 Im sure Ill go by some of you guys on the road...haha...sorry if you get some charring...haha - Wellardmac - 01-31-2008 Sechsgang wrote: Quote:Im sure Ill go by some of you guys on the road...haha...sorry if you get some charring...haha Ahh, so you intend following me then? ![]() - Sechsgang - 01-31-2008 unless you like the melted bumper look...haha...Ill be rollin' with no music either...that will be a hell of a trip on the ears with those pipes...haha - ccm911 - 01-31-2008 1984 Targa. Slow, by today's standards. Driven by a driver that loves a long distance run. Done very fast. Hope I don't embarrass you guys. ![]() - Wellardmac - 01-31-2008 Sechsgang wrote: Quote:unless you like the melted bumper look...haha...Ill be rollin' with no music either...that will be a hell of a trip on the ears with those pipes...haha Music?!?! Put on some eighties hardcore or, if you are feeling trancey, put in some Moby and fly away and dig the experience. |
