New to 911 ownership with a new (to me) 2017 Carrera S 991.2). I had owned a 2014 Base Cayman, which I loved but sold last year. Anyway, have to say the 911 has a totally different feel. The Cayman was way less harsh in road conditions but only had a 10mm drop with the PASM. This car has sports suspension and is 20 mm lower. Does not like seem like much but I did scrape front of this on a bumpy road at high speed, versus my Cayman, which would never had scraped. No damage done, just getting used to the car. And I have to say it is over the top in every way. I just saw a Youtube video on a tune for my 3.0 twin turbo. Guy says you get a $3k tune and it's as good as a $170k "true Porsche Turbo" (520 HP). What do you think, if you have experience with this? Seems pretty compelling to me to get one in the Spring.
