Chris,
I resized your photo for you. You did everything right to post it, but it's best if you resize the picture below 600 pixels wide before you upload it, then it will fix on the screen and can be viewed without clicking on the link.

Additionally, if your software allows you can downgrade the quality so that the file saves at less then 50K in size, then it allows the page to load faster when it's loading and displaying the images.
