Instructions

1. Make your way to MotorSport Reg PCA License
2. Pay the $20 Riesentöter Region administrative fee via the "Registration now" button
3. Once on the Thanks for registering page, to the right you'll see Message from the organizer - click the show more link or wait for confirmation email
4. Download the MV-904SP pdf
5. Fill out Sections A and E - include your PCA Membership Number and Region after your signature in section E.
6. Section D is optional - for personalized PCA License Plate
7. Write a check for $34 or $170 for custom plate - payable to the PennDOT.
8. Send application and checks to:

   Bureau of Motor Vehicles
   Attn: Michael Frank
   P.O. Box 68266
   Harrisburg, PA 17106-8266
