It is always interesting to learn about what people do for a living.  Whenever folks ask me about the RTR members and who they are, I always say that there are a ton of Lawyers, Doctors, Finance folks, and IT professionals.  Anyone out there do anything different and exciting?

I wish and sorry to disappoint Chris, your boring VP commercial finance pal.

Then again, there are another 128 hours/week to do something exciting besides work.   Why am I sitting in front of the computer?Big Grin

Used to be in IT.  Burnout!  Now I own a company that repairs and restores automotive interiors.  I work in the field (outside) every day along with my employes.  We service mostly automobile dealers and body shops.  Love what I do.

Sounds like all f you have interesting jobs.  I am in IT on the security end for PeopleSoft Financials at a large Insurer.  My excitement for today will entail sorting through four thousand lines on an Excel sheet in order to determine overlap that exists in our current access structure........

Now don't all of your jobs sound that much better already?Smile

The first four times I met Mark Reynolds he commented that no one in Riesentöter asks about what people do. So I didn't.

Hey, what can I say?  "Inquiring minds want to know......"  And we have more financial services folks trolling the ranks for new clients than you can shake a stick at....

For my regular job Mon. Fri I am a mobile technician for Volvo on the road all day and make my own schedule and LOVE my job. Now for the really fun job on the weekends I get to restore vintage Trans AM cars at a shop in Springcity along with my race cars. I don't make a lot of $$$ but LOVE both jobs.

So far, Dmano leads in the "fun" category.
