Autocross Racing Returns
We have scheduled 8 races. Do not hesitate as these races will fill up fast.

Races 1 and 2 cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Race 3: South Jersey SCCA Sunday, June 28 Bader Field, Atlantic City
SCCA just increased registration to 100 but it could fill up in days, so do not hesitate.

Race 4: RTR/CPCA/NNJR Sunday, July 19 Pocono Raceway
This is the first of our 4 sponsered races at Pocono. This is a joint effort with Central PCA and NNJR. If you registered for Ripken this weekend, we are having your registration moved to the August 15 race.
Register at Pocono RTR Registration. Registration opens on June 23,
Race 5: RTR/CPCA/NNJR Sunday, August 2 Pocono Raceway
This is the second of our 4 sponsered races at Pocono. This is a joint effort with Central PCA and NNJR.
Race 6: BMC Saturday, August 15 Ripken Field, Aberdeen, MD
BMC has moved the registrations from the March race to this race. If you did not register in March, then register.

Race 7: RTR/CPCA/NNJR Sunday, September 13 Pocono Raceway
This is the third of our 4 sponsered races at Pocono. This is a joint effort with Central PCA and NNJR.
Race 8: BMC Saturday, October 10 Ripken Field, Aberdeen, MD
This is our second race in the shadow of Ripken Stadium. It is a large parking lot with wide open courses.
Race 9: RT[b][u]R/CPCA/NNJR Sunday, October 18 Pocono Raceway[/u][/b]
This is the last of our 4 sponsered races at Pocono. This is a joint effort with Central PCA and NNJR.
Race 10: South Jersey SCCA Sunday, November 1 Bader Field, Atlantic City
SCCA runs the race through the runways of the airport, making for a forumla 1 experience.
The actual Autocross Cup is undetermined at this time. The Autocross Council will review when more races complete.

Here is what to expect at Bader. This was taken from the SJR SCCA facebook page. Obviously, some social distancing requirements, and don't forget your mask and gloves.
"Hey everyone, this post is in reference to Event 4 on June 28th. This post will be updated along the way if needed.
First of all we are all excited to get back out there parking lot racing and dodging some cones. As of now we are proceeding as if the event will be happening. Several things will be changed to ensure the safety of everyone. We will be following guidelines for events put out by the SCCA.
-first of all registration will be limited to 100 people. It is currently open. Please only register now if you 100% plan on attending, don’t take the spot of someone that would be coming but cant get online as quickly as you.
-registration will be ONLINE ONLY via motorsportreg. No walk ups the day of.
-Morning insurance waiver at the gate as of now will be socially distanced. Bring your own pen if you’d like. We will have sanitizer there to be used. (Waiting on the SCCA for contactless options via smart phone)
-please leave around 10feet between your cars while finding a parking spot.
-tech will still be required. Tech on your car will be performed by YOU with a tech official overseeing it. Please have your car ready to go ASAP after parking in bader and wear a mask while it is being done.
-worker assignments will be completed ahead of time. Check this Facebook page for a post closer to the event with your assignment.
-there will be no need to check in at the timing truck in the morning unless you have a question.
-the morning safety meeting will take place and everyone onsite is required to be there. Again, please wear masks and space out. We will be using the loud speaker so hearing it shouldn’t be an issue.
-worker assignments will be distanced as much as possible with sanitizer available where we can. Wearing gloves is encouraged while working.
-as of now, there will be NO loaner helmets provided
-there will be NO instructor runs. You will be the only one in your car."
